Clear Rock’s Story
ClearRock Sustainable Energy (Clear Rock) is as an independent renewable energy development company.
ClearRock Sustainable Energy, Inc. is a Delaware Corporation established with the primary mission of economic development and job creation for people living on Reservations throughout North America, by building and operating Utility-Scale Renewable Power Generation Facilities on Native Lands, and selling the electricity produced to customers across the electricity grid throughout North America.
Clear Rock will develop, finance, build, own and manage Utility-Scale (solar and wind) Renewable Power Generation Facilities, in conjunction with federally recognized Native Tribe Joint Development Partners throughout North America.
Clear Rock’s development, engineering, procurement, construction, operation and maintenance team provides “One-Stop” Development, Finance, Construction and Operations and will complete the requisite:
- Permitting and approvals;
- Project Financing;
- Interconnection
- Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs)
Each Renewable Power Generation Facility will sell its electricity output to customers pursuant to PPAs. Prior to construction, Clear Rock will execute PPAs. The customers for each PPA will be credit-rated utilities and commercial Buyers, according to Standard and Poor’s and/or Moody’s.
PPA’s provide predictable long-term revenues, cash flows and earnings.
